These terms apply to purchases from tereaheetsuae.ae, operated by TEREA HEETS UAE, Al Awir Rd, Warsan First, Dubai International City, Dubai, UAE.

Eligibility

Our products contain or are used with nicotine and are sold to adults aged 18 and over only, in line with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2009 on tobacco control. By ordering you confirm you are at least 18. We may ask for ID at checkout or at delivery and may refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

Products and prices

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Descriptions, specifications and images are provided in good faith. TEREA sticks work only with IQOS ILUMA, ILUMA ONE and ILUMA PRIME devices. We are an independent retailer, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Philip Morris International or IQOS.

Orders and payment

Payment is by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash on delivery. Orders are confirmed by email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, with a full refund of any payment made.

Health notice

Nicotine is addictive. Products are for adult smokers only and are not smoking-cessation products.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
