Returns & Refunds

TEREA HEETS UAE accepts returns for defective, damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Packs must be unopened, unused and in sealed packaging. Opened packs cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to request a return

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video showing the issue, together with your order number, through our contact page (WhatsApp / phone +971 566 242 201, email tereaheetsuae5@gmail.com).

Replacements and refunds

For a defective, damaged or incorrect item we arrange a free replacement or a full refund. If we fail to meet the delivery timeframe we commit to, we refund your delivery fee.

Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled before dispatch. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible and the returns process above applies.

Age restriction

Our products are sold to adults aged 18 and over only, in line with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2009 on tobacco control.
