IQOS HEETS in Dubai: Buy TEREA Sticks & ILUMA Devices Online
Short answer: if you are looking for IQOS HEETS in Dubai and you use an IQOS ILUMA, the sticks you need are TEREA — and that is what we deliver, from AED 110 per box, in 1–3 hours across Dubai and within 24 hours across the UAE. We do not stock the older blade-device HEETS sticks.
Which sticks does your IQOS use?
| Your device | Sticks | Do we stock them? |
|---|---|---|
| IQOS ILUMA, ILUMA ONE, ILUMA PRIME (incl. ILUMA i series) | TEREA | Yes — all TEREA flavors |
| IQOS 3 DUO, IQOS 2.4, IQOS Originals | HEETS | No — see HEETS vs TEREA |
The two stick types are not cross-compatible: TEREA contains its own heating element for the induction system in ILUMA, while HEETS rely on a blade. If you are unsure which device you have, the HEETS vs TEREA guide shows how to tell in seconds.

Frequently asked questions
Do you sell IQOS HEETS in Dubai?
We stock TEREA, the stick made for the current IQOS ILUMA devices, in six origin editions. The older HEETS sticks, which fit blade-based devices such as the IQOS 3 DUO, are not part of our range. If you own an ILUMA device, TEREA is the stick you need.
What is the difference between IQOS HEETS and TEREA?
HEETS work with older blade-heating IQOS devices (IQOS 3 DUO, IQOS 2.4, IQOS Originals). TEREA works only with IQOS ILUMA, ILUMA ONE and ILUMA PRIME, which heat the stick by induction instead of a blade. They are not interchangeable. See the full HEETS vs TEREA comparison.
Why do people in the UAE search for HEETS when they need TEREA?
HEETS was the original IQOS stick brand and the name became the everyday word for IQOS tobacco sticks. If you bought your IQOS recently in the UAE, it is almost certainly an ILUMA model, which uses TEREA.
How do I know whether I need HEETS or TEREA?
Look at your device. If it has a metal blade inside the holder that you clean with a brush, it is a blade device and takes HEETS. If the holder has no blade and the model name contains ILUMA, it uses TEREA.
Can I use TEREA in an IQOS 3 DUO?
No. TEREA needs an ILUMA-family device. The IQOS 3 DUO uses HEETS. See the IQOS 3 DUO vs ILUMA guide.
Where can I buy HEETS-style sticks in Abu Dhabi?
TEREA is delivered to Abu Dhabi within 24 hours, including Al Reem Island, Saadiyat Island, Yas Island and Khalifa City. See TEREA delivery in Abu Dhabi.
How much do TEREA sticks cost in Dubai?
TEREA boxes of 200 sticks (10 packs of 20) cost from AED 110 to AED 200 depending on the origin edition and flavor. See the TEREA price list by origin and flavor.
Which TEREA flavor should I start with?
Amber and Yellow are the balanced classics, Silver is the lightest, Turquoise and Purple Wave are menthol. The flavor guide and the beginner's guide explain each one.
What do the different origin editions mean?
TEREA is sold in Indonesia, Japan, Italy, Switzerland, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan editions. The flavor names describe the same general profile; packaging language, warning labels and price differ by edition.
How many sticks and puffs are in a TEREA box?
A box holds 200 sticks (10 packs of 20). Each stick gives up to 14 puffs or up to 6 minutes, whichever comes first, and contains 0.5 mg of nicotine.
Is the minimum age 18?
Yes. Heated tobacco may only be sold to adults aged 18 or over, in line with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2009 on tobacco control.
What if I only have a HEETS device and no ILUMA?
Your device will not work with TEREA. The current generation is IQOS ILUMA; see the ILUMA buyer's guide and the ILUMA devices.
How fast is delivery in Dubai?
1–3 hours, throughout the day, in all Dubai areas.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Yes. Orders to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain are delivered within 24 hours.
Is there free delivery?
Yes, on orders of AED 400 or more. Below that, delivery is AED 30.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available on every order.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. Every pack and device is factory-sealed and sourced through authorised distribution channels.
