About TEREA HEETS UAE — Dubai's IQOS ILUMA TEREA Store

TEREA HEETS UAE is a UAE-focused online retailer of authentic TEREA heated tobacco sticks for IQOS ILUMA, ILUMA ONE and ILUMA PRIME devices, delivering to customers across all 7 Emirates. We bring genuine TEREA sticks to UAE residents with the convenience of 1–3 hour delivery in Dubai, same-day delivery across the rest of the UAE, and the security of cash on delivery.

Who We Are

TEREA HEETS UAE is a UAE-based online retailer operating from Dubai, UAE, specialising exclusively in TEREA heated tobacco sticks for the IQOS ILUMA range. Our team understands the UAE IQOS market, the TEREA flavors customers love, and the service standards UAE customers expect.

We also run a sister vape store, Vapor Shop Dubai, for vape devices, disposables and e-liquids.

We launched TEREA HEETS UAE to solve a persistent problem in the UAE market: too many online stores selling unverified or grey-market TEREA sticks, combined with unreliable delivery and poor customer support. Our founding principle was simple — only stock 100% genuine TEREA sticks, deliver them faster than anyone else, and stand behind every sale with a clear, fair policy.

Today, TEREA HEETS UAE serves customers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and Al Ain. We deliver within 1–3 hours to Dubai and same-day to all other Emirates. Our team is available 7 days a week via WhatsApp for orders, flavor advice, and after-sales support.

Our Commitment to Authenticity

TEREA is manufactured by Philip Morris International for specific national markets, with the exact flavor lineup varying by country. TEREA HEETS UAE stocks the official UAE-market range alongside genuine international editions sourced directly from each market — including Japan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Indonesia and Italy — for customers who want flavors not yet released locally. TEREA HEETS UAE has a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit goods.

Every TEREA stick we sell is sourced with intact manufacturer seals and original packaging. This means:

• Packs arrive with intact factory seals and original packaging, exactly as sold in their home market
• UAE-market TEREA flavors carry ESMA (Emirates Authority for Standardization & Metrology) certification
• International-market editions carry their home market's official health warnings and labelling, printed in the original packaging language
• Sticks are correctly calibrated for IQOS ILUMA's SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM
• Every pack is genuine — never counterfeit or refilled

If you ever have doubts about a pack purchased from us, contact us immediately — we will replace the product and investigate with our supplier. In our history, we have never knowingly sold a counterfeit product.

UAE Legal Compliance

TEREA HEETS UAE operates under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2009 on tobacco control, which regulates nicotine and tobacco products including heated tobacco sticks in the UAE. Our compliance commitments include:

• Age verification: We do not sell to anyone under 18 years of age. Age is verified at checkout and by delivery partners before handover.
• UAE-market certification: TEREA flavors sold in the UAE market carry current ESMA/ECAS certification. International editions are sold as genuine imported goods for personal use.
• Packaging requirements: Every pack displays its market's official health warning, as printed by the manufacturer.
• No sales to prohibited locations: We do not deliver to schools, hospitals, or other restricted premises.
