How to Spot Fake or Unsealed TEREA Sticks in the UAE

Buy only factory-sealed boxes from a seller who states the origin edition clearly, and be cautious about unsealed packs, refilled packs and prices far below the market. These are practical checks, not a laboratory test.

Check the seal and the box

A genuine box arrives factory-sealed. Be wary of boxes with broken or reapplied seals, packs that look refilled, or sticks that are loose or damaged. If anything looks wrong, do not use it and contact the seller.

Check the origin edition and labelling

TEREA is sold in market editions (Indonesia, Japan, Italy, Switzerland, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan). Each carries its home market's official health warnings and labelling in the original packaging language, so a Japan box should look like a Japan box. See our flavor and origin guide.

Check the seller

Look for a clear address, phone number, return policy and age check. Ours: Al Awir Rd, Warsan First, Dubai International City, returns within 7 days for defective, damaged or incorrect items, and ID checks at delivery for adults 18+.

Check the price

TEREA prices at TEREA HEETS UAE run from AED 140 to AED 160 per 200-stick box depending on origin. A price far below those ranges deserves questions.

• Confirm you own an IQOS ILUMA, ILUMA ONE or ILUMA PRIME — TEREA does not work in older IQOS devices.
• Check the origin edition on the box: flavor names match across origins, but packaging language and price differ.
• Look for factory-sealed packaging on every box.
• Compare the price of the same flavor across editions before ordering.
• Keep sealed boxes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Be ready to show ID at handover: sales are to adults aged 18+ only.
